SENIOR CITIZEN
TAX EXEMPTIONS REMINDER
Property owners who are 65 years of age or older as of March 1, 2024 may be eligible for senior citizens tax exemptions on their primary residence.
Seniors have until March 1, 2024 to apply if they qualify:
Total household income limit is $43,399
The renewal application is required annually.
THIS EXEMPTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STAR PROGRAM!
